Deposit Conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• The name on your deposit payment account must match the name on your pq999 account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — if detected, the deposit will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also go through bKash.
• Identity verification may be required for your first large withdrawal.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the Wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals for standard accounts are processed within 15–30 minutes. VIP accounts are processed even faster.

Wagering (Turnover) Requirement:

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you must first place a specified amount in bets, known as the Wagering or Turnover requirement. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the Wagering requirement is 10x, you will need to place ৳10,000 in total bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 20x.
• Each bonus has its own validity period — any unused bonus will expire once that period ends.
• Certain bets and markets do not count toward Wagering — for example, bets placed at odds below 1.30.
• Rebate and cashback bonuses generally carry no Wagering requirement.
• Withdrawing after claiming a bonus but before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Pq999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected — such as multiple accounts or several family members attempting to claim the same bonus — the bonus will be voided and the account will be investigated.

A set of core principles applies to all members when placing bets on PQ999. These rules are designed to ensure a fair and transparent betting environment.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless pq999 itself cancels the match or market.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with PQ999's rules — in most cases, stakes are returned to your balance.
• Pq999 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds contain an obvious error or technical glitch.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or inside information is strictly prohibited.
• Betting limits vary by market and event. VIP members are eligible for higher limits.
• The Cash Out feature may not be available for all matches at all times — it depends on the current odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at pq999. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and the matter being reported to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or opening an account under another person's identity.
• Placing bets using bots, crawlers, or any automated software.
• Attempting to misappropriate funds through payment fraud or chargebacks.
• Attempting to access or hack another member's account.
• Attempting to manipulate PQ999's systems or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Assisting anyone under the age of 18 in opening an account.

PQ999 may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to provide documents for KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• If a member requests Self-exclusion.
• When required by legal or regulatory authorities.

If an account is closed, any remaining balance (provided no terms have been violated) will generally be refunded. However, in cases of terms violations or fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
