What to do if you have trouble logging in?

Occasionally, a network hiccup or minor issue can interrupt the login process. Work through the checklist below one step at a time — most problems will sort themselves out:

• Internet connection: Make sure your mobile data or WiFi connection is stable. A weak signal can slow down the login page from loading.
• Correct Details: When entering your mobile number, start with 01 — no need to include the country code (+880). Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure Caps Lock is off.
• Browser cache: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
• Different browser: If you're having trouble with Chrome, try Firefox or Samsung Internet instead.
• Account lock: Multiple incorrect password attempts may temporarily lock your account — wait 30 minutes or contact support.

If none of the above resolves your issue, email us at support@pq999.best or use live chat. Sharing your device name and browser version will help us resolve things faster.

How to Keep Your Account Secure

PQ999 takes care of security on the platform's end, but a few simple habits on your side will keep your account even safer:

• Strong Password: Use a password of at least 8 characters that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using your date of birth or simple words as a password.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA in your account settings — even if your password is compromised, no one can get in without your phone.
• Avoid Public WiFi: Avoid logging in over public WiFi at cafes or bus stops — mobile data is a safer option.
• Log Out: If you use PQ999 on someone else's device or a shared computer, make sure to log out when you're done.
• Regular password changes: It's good practice to change your password once every 3–6 months.
